1. Preamble

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between the company Globago.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Globago.com website (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

By validating an order on the Globago.com website, the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

2. Object

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered on Globago.com.

Globago.com acts as an intermediary between suppliers and end customers. Products are shipped directly from suppliers, which may result in specific delivery times.

3. Products and Availability

The products offered for sale on Globago.com are described as precisely as possible. However, minor differences (e.g. color, size) may exist between the photographs and the delivered products.

Product availability is indicated on the site. If a product is unavailable after placing the order, the Customer will be informed and may either cancel the order or choose a replacement product.

4. Price

All prices displayed on the site are in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC). Delivery costs are added to the total price when confirming the order.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order.

5. Order

The ordering process is as follows:

1. Product selection.
2. Validation of the basket.
3. Entering contact details and choosing delivery options.
4. Secure online payment.

Any order is only confirmed after receipt of full payment. Globago.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer.

6. Payment

Payment is made online via the secure means offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

If payment is refused by financial institutions, the order will be automatically canceled.

7. Delivery

Globago.com delivers to the countries indicated on its site. Delivery times generally vary between 10 and 30 working days, depending on the supplier and destination.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify his decision using the form below. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

9. Warranty and complaints

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the Customer must send a detailed complaint within 14 days after receipt of the product.

10. Limitation of liability

Globago.com acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage linked to the use of the products sold. In the event of a dispute, the Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

11. Protection of personal data

Globago.com undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data in accordance with current regulations (GDPR). The data collected is used exclusively for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

12. Intellectual Property

All content present on Globago.com (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of the Seller. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.

14. Modification of the T&Cs

The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The new conditions will apply to orders placed after they are posted online.
