Refound and Returns Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.
◦ To exercise this right, you must notify your decision to withdraw in writing by contacting our customer service using the form below before the end of the legal period.
◦ No reason will be asked, unless you wish to share it to help us improve our services.
2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
◦ Personalized or made-to-order products.
◦ Products sealed for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. cosmetics, underwear).
◦ Items on sale or promotion, unless otherwise noted.
3. Return of products
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
◦ Be in their original condition, unused and in perfect resalable condition.
◦ Be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Returns must be made within 14 days after notification of your withdrawal.
4. Return costs
◦ Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
◦ We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure receipt of the return.
5. Reimbursement
Once the product is returned and inspected, we will process your refund:
◦ Refunds include the cost of the item plus the original standard shipping charge (express or additional shipping charges are not refunded).
◦ The refund will be made within 14 working days after receipt of the return, via the original payment method.
◦ In the event of damage or non-compliance with return conditions, a deduction may be applied.
6. Defective or incorrect product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt providing photos and a description of the problem. We will tell you the procedure to follow for a return or replacement.
In these cases, the return costs will be covered by our site.
7. Order cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, but you can exercise your right of withdrawal after receipt.
8. Delivery of returns
◦ Returned items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
◦ Globago.com declines all responsibility in the event of loss or damage to returned packages.
